Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

These hardware and software improvements aim to reduce the occurrence of clogging and shorting of the Urea Dosing Valve.

Make an appointment with your nearest Prevost Service Center. ELECTRIC AIR DRYER CUT-OFF PRESSURE & DESICCANT REGENERATION FACTOR This update involves all OBD13 & GHG14 vehicles in service (refer to Application table for involved vehicles range). This update will reduce air dryer cut-off pressure from 144 psi to 140 psi and extend desiccant regeneration time, thus preventing presence of water in the accessory tank.

STEP 1: Unloader replacement (Step moved to Warranty Bulletin WB15-19) STEP 2: System vacuum, wiring update, remote pressure transducer and switch installation. STEP 3: Seal the evaporator compartment ventilation discharge duct. STEP 4: Check Evaporator expansion valve bulb position and MUX software version. STEP 5: Dynamic A/C system test to confirm all functions operate correctly.
