Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The gasket thickness was increased from 1.5 mm to 3 mm to prevent interference between the collar ends, which previously made it impossible to reach the specified tightening torque. The software will also change urea dosing valve behavior at shutdown and key-on. As an additional improvement, replace the urea dosing valve by an improved design. These hardware and software improvements aim to reduce the occurrence of clogging and shorting of the Urea Dosing Valve.
