Proterra issued the service bulletin to replace the clamshell brackets and latches with an improved design.

Pin placement in the dash DMUXK connector was incorrect and caused the ICAN network to be improperly terminated. Proterra issued this service bulletin to relocate the pin to properly terminate the ICAN network.

Technical Service Bulletin Catalyst 40 FC Vehicle Software Update was issued to update the BMC Software to expand the max number of vehicles that can dock on the Proterra overhead charging system.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
