Please ensure vehicle voltage is within specified limits. Most faults will store after an ignition cycle if the vehicle voltage is within specified limits. Check TERMINAL RETENTION ON CONNECTOR C1 PIN 11, CIRCUT D 282 CAN FD+_2 and repair any loose connection. For Loss OF Communication faults, please follow the diagnostic service routine in Service Library and confirm these steps before ORC replacement. Please correct the wiring to original OEM standard and replace the ORC module. Please document the "Pulse" unit (and/or other device names for the same function) in the service repair history. The "Pulse" unit (or other brand names) is a 3rd party, non-MOPAR circuit that when spliced into the CHIMSL circuit, can make the CHIMSL blink 3 times before becoming solid on upon activation of the brake switch. Fuel Delivery Module Before replacing the fuel module for DTCs P0461 and P062A and other not start, long crank, fuel gauge accuracy and drivability issues, the technician should disconnect the electrical connector at the pump and perform a visual inspection of the connector for and bent, spread, or pushed out terminals. Repair any issues found. Reconnect the plug and perform a push pull push to ensure the connector is fully installed. Then perform 3 keys cycles and listen to hear if the fuel pump is operational. If the fuel pump is heard that indicates that everything is operating correctly. If the pump is heard replacement is not necessary, any replacement will function in the same way.

The High Temp 3-way valve (68309834AC) is located between the engine and the bulkhead at the rear of the engine compartment. The Low Temp 3-way valve (68448241AA) is located between the engine and the radiator at the front of the engine. When ordering or servicing, ensure the correct valve is identified and installed in the proper location, as incorrect part selection may lead to improper thermal system operation and repeat repairs.

Whistling Noise from Driver Side 6x9 Exterior Mirror Area Issue present on MY25 onward standard (6x9) exterior mirrors. The hole shape and surface around the ambient temperature sensor can cause a whistle. If there are customer complaints for wind noise or whistle on the driver side the mirror temperature sensor access door could be the root cause. The cause can be verified by re-creating the issue and then taping over the sensor opening. If after taping the noise is eliminated this is the cause. The temperature sensor access door is serviceable and should be the only component replaced. Do not swap a full mirror assembly.

Flash: Transmission Control Module (TCM) Updates *Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ● P1B14-00 - Park By Wire Unintended Park Position. ● P1DF3-00 - ECU Not Initialized.** The customer may describe one or more of the following: ● **Secure idle feature not working with Powerpanel On. ● When shifting from Drive to Reverse and vice versa, the transmission detects a mismatch in Neutral as the gear shifter goes from Drive to Reverse through Neutral (D-N-R or R-N-D) and flashes the Neutral indication blinking on the shifter. ● The gear shifter takes too long to get ready when the driver starts the car, and the transmission system couldn't recognize which gear was selected. This gives a warning message "Shift to Park to Obtain Drivability" in the IPC and MIL lamp On. NOTE: For the condition above, the transmission remains in the Park position. ● Shifter can be moved with engine Off and key On while the transmission is in Park and a warning message is displayed in the IPC "Shift to Park to Start". NOTE: For the condition above, the Electric Park Brake (EPB) is activated. ● Auto parking issue.** ● No perceptible change when drive mode is selected. ● Harsh or unstable launches in slippery or off-road conditions. ● Drive mode operating in incorrect drivetrain configurations. ● Bump or jerk felt during Engine Start/Stop (ESS) operation in normal and snow modes. ● Bump during tip-in downshift while in Normal or Sport modes. ● Transmission shifting concerns when vehicle has less than 2,414 km (1,500 mi). ● Driveability concerns and not holding correct gear during downgrade, snow mode and accelerator tip-out maneuvers. **The following software improvements are also included: ● Secure idle fix. ● Shift by wire updates.* This bulletin involves reprogramming the TCM with the latest available software.

There are two cases: 1) DTC codes are present, proceed according to the following TSBs: 1.1) 18-031-25 (25 MY DT with DTC: P0071-00 & P0073-00) 1.2) 18-032-25 (25 MY DT with DTC: P0071-00 & P0073-00 for vehicles built on or after July 01, 2024 and before July 29, 2025) 1.3) 08-357-25 (26 MY DT with DTC: P0071-00 & P0073-00) 2) No DTC codes are present, but temperature shown in the cluster/radio is higher than expected, proceed according to SOL S2508000078. To allow the sensor to update properly, drive the vehicle at highway speeds (above 20 MPH) for several miles (15 minutes). This ensures sufficient airflow and temperature sampling for accurate readings. If the temperature still does not update, proceed with standard diagnostic procedures.

ADJUSTER Valve Lash Customer's complaint may include a ticking noise coming from the engine. Technician's observations can refer to spongy or stuck hydraulic lash adjusters. Exhaust lash adjusters found with a "spongy" condition (compressible plunger) leading to the assumption of being defective/malfunctioning. EXHAUST lash adjusters are designed to be COMPRESSIBLE by hand. Intake lash adjusters found with a stiff or stuck condition (non-compressible plunger) leading to the assumption of being defective/malfunctioning. INTAKE lash adjusters are designed to be NON COMPRESSIBLE by hand. If the sensors are clean and the message is still present there are 2 items that need to be checked - 1. Verify that the decoupling ring, the thin rubber ring directly around each park sensor, is not rolled or pinched. If an edge is rolled it can put excessive pressure on the sensor and cause the module to think that the sensor is blocked. 2. Verify the PAM PN. It has come to our attention that there is some confusion regarding the number of lights on DT rear doors. 1. Background: In model year MY22 and earlier, DT rear doors were equipped with three lights. However, starting from MY23, DT rear doors are correctly built with only two lights. 3. Sales Code LB2: Vehicles with sales code LB2 are designed to have two lights on the rear doors. 4. Action Required: If a customer complains about missing rear door lights on an LB2-equipped vehicle, please do not order part number 68291943AC. LB2-equipped vehicles are correctly built with two lights, and adding a third light is unnecessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
