Refer to SOL S2609000006 The IAFM Foam Engine Valley Cover (PN 53013735AB) does not provide sufficient clearance for proper routing of the MDS solenoid jumper harness (PN 05148163AE). As a result, the harness may become compressed by the foam cover. MODULE Air Bag Control CAUTION: If ORC contains active or stored B2207 DTC AND the vehicle contains a Pulse module (or other 3rd party non-approved devices, see below for more details) - DO NOT SUBMIT ORC WARRANTY CLAIM. Please ensure vehicle voltage is within specified limits. Most faults will store after an ignition cycle if the vehicle voltage is within specified limits. Check TERMINAL RETENTION ON CONNECTOR C1 PIN 11, CIRCUT D 282 CAN FD+_2 and repair any loose connection. For Loss OF Communication faults, please follow the diagnostic service routine in Service Library and confirm these steps before ORC replacement. Reference Service Library Section 28 - DTC-Based Diagnostics / MODULE, Body Control (BCM) / Diagnosis and Testing / U0151-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH RESTRAINTS CONTROL MODULE. The Standard Procedure / COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE must be performed before replacing any component(s) or module(s). AT A MINIMUM THESE PROCEEDURES MUST BE CHECKED: 1). Please correct the wiring to original OEM standard and replace the ORC module. Please document the "Pulse" unit (and/or other device names for the same function) in the service repair history. The "Pulse" unit (or other brand names) is a 3rd party, non-MOPAR circuit that when spliced into the CHIMSL circuit, can make the CHIMSL blink 3 times before becoming solid on upon activation of the brake switch. Please do not submit warranty claim when the Internal-1 DTC is confirmed to be caused by the "Pulse" or similar unit.

Fuel Delivery Module Before replacing the fuel module for DTCs P0461 and P062A and other not start, long crank, fuel gauge accuracy and drivability issues, the technician should disconnect the electrical connector at the pump and perform a visual inspection of the connector for and bent, spread, or pushed out terminals. Repair any issues found. Reconnect the plug and perform a push pull push to ensure the connector is fully installed. Then perform 3 keys cycles and listen to hear if the fuel pump is operational. If the fuel pump is heard that indicates that everything is operating correctly. If the pump is heard replacement is not necessary, any replacement will function in the same way.

3-way valves are available in STAR Parts as two distinct components and must be selected correctly based on application. The High Temp 3-way valve (68309834AC) is located between the engine and the bulkhead at the rear of the engine compartment. The Low Temp 3-way valve (68448241AA) is located between the engine and the radiator at the front of the engine. When ordering or servicing, ensure the correct valve is identified and installed in the proper location, as incorrect part selection may lead to improper thermal system operation and repeat repairs.
