UBD UED UBC Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting the software level and updating the software if needed. The software will be updated to 141.01.12.00. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Phone notification volume pops up while switching between driver profiles. Media widget gets "blacked out" on SXM? after switching user profiles. In light theme mode and in balance/fade menu, hard to see the position icon. In shortcuts menu pulled down from status bar, the right side arrow is highlighted like it can be selected. This should be greyed out like the left arrow. Loss of SXM? radio saved presets. Compass not showing or showing incorrect direction. When on a phone call with bluetooth, echo noise can be heard. SXM? radio audio is playing in vehicle speakers while call is ongoing. SXM? radio stuck on current channel, no audio and unable to navigate to other channels using soft keys or knob.

Flash: Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the ASCM with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following DTCs have been set:U0132 - Loss of Communication with Air Suspension Control Module. C15E1-97 - Left Rear Air Spring Intake - Component or System Operation Obstructed or Blocked. C220C-48 - Active Suspension Module Internal-Supervision Software Failure(2019 MY Only). C211B-92 - Ignition Run/Start Input-Performance Or Incorrect Operation(2019 MY Only). C156C-7A - Ride Height System Air Leak-Fluid Leak Or Seal Failure(2019 MY Only). In addition the customer may describe:Air suspension system is inoperable. During key ?On? or while driving, the ?service air suspension? light illuminates. Air spring deflated or ruptured. Right/left rear suspensions sits lower than the other side. Chime and "Service Air Suspension Immediately" message appeared in the cluster for 5 seconds. Excessive operation or noise from air suspension system when vehicle is stationary(2019 MY Only). "Air Suspension Disabled" message when attempting Bed Lowering Mode (BLM)(2019 MY Only). Excessive compressor valve cycling following a cold start(2019 MY with Diesel engine only). Erroneous "Bed Low Achieved" message through the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC), when requesting lowering, even though the truck didn't physically lower. Ride height changes/valve actuations without operator request on rough roads.

AXLE ASSEMBLY, Rear Complete On dual rear wheel high output trucks displaying wheel speed DTCs C003A-2F RR WSS or C0037-2F LR WSS, but for which diagnostics are not finding any hardware problems, and for which the customer narrative includes comments about driving on highway rumble strips, please do not replace the axle, wheel speed sensors, harness, and/or ABS module. Engineering is working to determine a root cause, please clear the codes and encourage the driver to avoid rumble strips until a repair becomes available. If this issue does not describe your concern, please proceed with repair.

COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY, Air Suspension, Module ASCM replacement is rarely necessary. If the DTC is stored and able to be cleared, component replacement is not necessary. Please follow the service procedures to attempt to clear any active fault(s) which includes module hard reset, full CAN power down/sleep, or DTC clear in WiTech. Please contact FCA Redacted Content prior to any ASCM replacement at FCA Redacted Content If no response within 15 minutes, please proceed with repair. Any new module requires a flash following installation regardless of whether the current part number is up-to-date .

Transmission Kit with Torque Converter 1. All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.
