A Rolls-Royce Phantom (RR11/12), Ghost (RR21/22) and Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential issue concerning the 2 x coolant pipe connections at the cylinder head. The coolant pipe retaining clips (jubilee clips) may not have been fitted in the correct position, which could result in a coolant leak.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA is releasing this bulletin to advise that all vehicles added to this technical campaign must have the outer door handles checked and reworked by replacing the handle inserts where required. Replacement components are available and repair kits have been created to conduct the rework repair.

If the brakes are cold, when the driver brakes for the ?rst time after the start of the journey or when driving for a longer period of time with no brake applications. This may affect vehicles where the brake pads/disc have covered more than 14,000 km (8,500 miles).
