Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

This service bulletin is about certain vehicles equipped with a rear mounted aerial, that could experience the bolts that fasten the torque frame to some outrigger and frame rail locations may fail. As well as instructions on inspecting and measuring gaps between torque box mounting plates and frame, then shim as necessary with the installation of new fasteners.

This service bulletin is about potential for a crack or broken fasteners of the rearward pump transmision mounts and provides instructions on installing improved pump transmission mounting plates and gussets.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
