Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

This Service bulletin is related to the exhaust fan that we install on the roof. After seeing an increasing trend in warranty calls regarding leaks, we launched an investigation into the source of the leaks and found the exhaust fan seal to be the culprit. The repair procedure outlined below has been successfully tested and incorporated into our current production process. There are no safety risks involved rather unwanted water penetration into the van.

Volta has identified a scenario in which Volta Touchscreens require a programming correction. Symptoms include the touchscreen not waking from sleep or repeated restarts required to refresh data. To resolve the issue, Volta is supplying instructions and programming tools to provide you with the latest software to perform this update.

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

This Service bulletin is related to the XM antenna that we mount on the roof. We move the original XM antenna from one side of the Van to the other side on the roof. The issue is that we have mounted the Antenna upside down which leads to loss of XM signal. We have determined this is not a safety issue rather an inconvenience.
