Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Zyplex rivet replacement on 2005 trailers - RD-0005 is a procedure for replacing the rivets connecting the Zyplex side wall panel to the lower rail. This procedure is intended for use in cases where panel(s) have experienced a degree of swelling.
