Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

PN691 is for products, TL17i, built and sold overseas from Jan 2013 through Dec 2018. Welding was not performed properly on a component part by the overseas supplier and requires repair. No incidents have been reported but cracks have been detected.
