Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

On some Semi, the steering gear to reservoir return hose clamp may have loosened over time which may cause steering fluid leakage from the reservoir. Inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, replace the steering gear to reservoir return hose clamp with an updated part.

Updated oil pumps that provide improved oil flow are available for the Torque Drive Unit (TDU) and Efficiency Drive Unit (EDU) on Semi. Replace the TDU and EDU oil pumps with updated parts.

Some Semi trucks are equipped with a windshield washer nozzle that may not meet Tesla specifications. While adequate in suppling washer fluid to the windshield, affected washer nozzles may restrict washer fluid output and increase the amount of wiper cycles needed to remove debris and contaminates.

This file contains all available owner?s manual content for Cybertruck vehicles converted to PDF format, and given the distribution method and NHTSA?s submission format requirements, it is the best available representative copy of owner?s manual content. However, a customer who accesses the owner?s manual via their vehicle?s touchscreen would only see the parts of this PDF file that are relevant to their vehicle.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
