Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The windshield may not have been properly adhered to the vehicle during vehicle assembly. The windshield may not stay adequately retained in a crash, which may increase the risk of injury to an occupant. This affects the following Thor Motor Coach products: model year 2021/2022 Magnitude and Omni motorhomes.
TSB 20-02
A topcoat sealant was provided by our vendor that did not meet Thor Motor Coach's standard for performance. This was used on 2019 & 2020 Magnitude and Omni Motorhomes. If the primary sealant does not provide sufficient coverage, the cabover window may experience water intrusion. The repair will be to remove the existing topcoat sealant and apply the proper urethane sealant.

This letter stated that there were no Service Bulletins or Technical Service Bulletins issued for the month of November, 2019.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
