If a customer is experiencing inconsistent inverter readings on the Firefly panel, please utilize the below instructions.

A fuel leak may occur in the fuel hoses between the fuel pump and remote filter head. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of a fire. Persons operating in or around the vehicle may see smoke before sufficient heat creates a fire. This affects the following Thor Motor Coach products: certain model year 2021-2022 Tuscany and Venetian motorhomes. A leak involving spraying/misting fuel in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire. On certain Detroit Model 2 and 3 steer axles, the tie rod arm and steering arm bolts used to assemble front axle assemblies have a lengthwise âseamâ defect which increases stress concentration, potentially leading to bolt failure or loss of pre-load This affects the following Thor Motor Coach products: model year 2022 Aria, Palazzo, and Venetian motorhomes.
