Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.
MCD-010
Instructions to relocate the Sirius XM radio antenna on 2023-2026 Light Vehicle B-Van units for improved signal reception. On certain units the Sirius XM antenna signal may be blocked intermittently by the solar panels. Tiffin Motorhomes has instructions and parts for relocating the antenna to a different location on the roof for owners having issues with their radio reception. Letter and instructions were sent out.
MCD-009
Stopped using the lights we had been using due to expense. Replaced with these, but these new lights have to be wired in instead of just clicking in. These are the instructions to wire in.

Tiffin sent out letter asking customer to please review the enclosed information for the proper operation of the Starlink System in their Tiffin Motorhome. And after reviewing the information, to add it to their Owner's Manual for future reference.
SB-72
It has come to Tiffin Motorhomes attention that on certain 2023-2024 Convoy and 2023-2024 Tiffin GH1's, the wrong coolant for the AquaHot system was used in production. Over time, corrosion to internal aluminum components and premature failure is likely.

It has come to Tiffin Motorhomes attention that on certain 2023 Tiffin GH1's and 2023-2024 Convoy's, the flexible water line connected to the Aqua-Hot heat exchanger does not have he correct heat rating.
SB-70
It has come to our attention that on certain 2023-2024 Convoy and 2023 Tiffin (GH1) Motorhomes the Xantrex inverter controller will start charging the battery as intended but will stop charging before it is completely full. The inverter will continue to power 110V components until the battery is completely depleted, causing battery to die faster, and in some instances must be “woken up” from an external power source, such as another battery. Tiffin Motorhomes will configure the Xantrex Inverter controller, so the settings are changed from flooded battery to lithium to allow for higher capacity. We have also changed the configuration of the inverter to increase battery voltage cutoff limit for 110V output. This will not allow the inverter to power 110V components when the battery voltage reaches this limit.

It has come to our attention that on certain 2023-2024 Convoy and 2023 Tiffin Motorhomes the battery heat wire is not installed. If a battery’s temperature drops below 25 degrees, the batteries will not charge. Tiffin Motorhomes will add a wire to connect the battery heat function.
MCD-004
On certain 2023-2024 Convoy and 2023 Tiffin (GH1) Motorhomes, an alternator jumper cable should be installed to the battery disconnect switch to allow the alternator to charge the battery when the battery disconnect switch is off.
SB-68
It has come to our attention that on certain 2023-2024 Convoy and 2023 Tiffin (GH1) Motorhomes the solar panel controller will start charging the battery as intended, however, the battery will stop charging before it is completely full. Also, it will not charge as quickly. Tiffin Motorhomes will configure the solar panel controller so that the battery will charge to full capacity and at the correct speed.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
