Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The bolts used to install the Equalizer 4-point levelling jacks may contact the leaf spring during coach sway. The bolts are too long and may strike the chassis leaf spring when there is coach sway. Having the retail owners or dealers cut the bolts shorter to have 2 or 3 threads showing from the nut.
