Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

The Firefly Auto Generator Start (AGS) HVAC is enabled and the thermostat set point is above ambient, the generator (AGS) will turn on to power the air conditioner fan. With the fan power requirement always "ON", the generator won't shut itself off. This affects 2023 Unity U24MBL models. An update to the Firefly software, update 5.11, needs to be done, a USB stick with the update will be provided to dealers & retail owners if affects.
