Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.
SB-14-015
Service bulletin instructing to use a sharp razor blade to add a 1" wide slit to the reefer floor drain kazoo whenever replacing them in the field. This is to help the pressure inside the trailer equalize with the pressure outside the trailer when the temperature within a Utility reefer changes.

SB-07-013
Utility Trailer Sales Department released a Sales Bulletin regarding dock bumpers and the potential dock lock compatibility. Any dock bumper equal to or greater than 1" proud of the buckplate light protector bar may reduce trailer dock lock compatibility. Trailers scheduled for production on or after 04/19/2019 will be built with 1/2" proud rubber dock bumpers.
SB-07-012
Effective February 2019 the 7" deep horizontal dock bumper has become the base spec on all Utility VS2RA and VS2DX model trailers. This Service Bulletin outlines the modification procedures on trailers with a damaged 4" horizontal bumper set-up and will need to be modified to fit the 7" horizontal tube
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
