It has come to our attention that some 2021 Vilano and Beacon 5th wheel RV's were manufactured with the gate valves arranged in such a way that the black and the gray valves must be open to drain the gray tank. To correct this issue, we are asking owners to arrange to take their RV into a service center or dealer of their choice to have the plumbing of the gray tank corrected at no charge to owner.

Some 2021 Vilano and Beacon 5th wheel RV's were manufactured with the gate valves arranged in such a way that the black and the gray valves must be open to drain the gray tank. To correct this issue, Tiffin is asking owners to arrange to take their RV into a service center or dealer of their choice to have the plumbing of the gray tank corrected. Repair takes 7 hours and will be completed at no charge to the customer.
