Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions
This procedure eliminates the step moving.
Vehicle report
Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, the flange bolts securing the upper reaction rods to the drive axle may not have been sufficiently torqued and may come loose. An inspection is required and all insufficiently torqued or loose fasteners must be replaced and torqued to their specified value. Moreover, an inspection sheet (included at the end of this bulletin) indicating the recorded torque value for each bolt must be filled and sent back to Prevost for further analysis.
IS-19921A
This instruction sheet explains how to install seatbelt cutter in the driver's area.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
