Start fault tracing by checking the following: 1.The condition of the EVI for damage and/or foreign objects. - Sample images can be found on page 1 of the attached PDF file. 2.The connectors at the CDD: unplug, then plug them in again. - Relevant connectors are numbers 1, 2, 6, and 9 on the drawing on page 2 of the attached PDF file. If no deviations are found at the EVI or the connectors at the CDD, continue fault tracing in VIDA.

After v1.7.1 SW, it is possible that the exclamation mark in the connectivity symbol is present intermittently, regardless of good or bad internet connectivity. It does not depict the true status of the internet connection. This is a known issue and will be fixed in the upcoming Software release.
