Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

This is a TJ - text only - no attachments - If internet connectivity is lost directly after updating to latest software, on vehicles equipped with TCAM3 (VDN: 1504, TCA solution 3). The issues may be caused by a corrupted configuration file. An SP has been created to recover the connectivity. Follow the procedure mentioned under "Service", to resolve it.

Plug and Charge is the function that allows a vehicle to automatically start charging at a charging station when the charging cable is attached to the vehicle without verification through an app, card, or other method.

This is a Technical Journal: iCUP IHU - Text plus 1 PDF Prior Approval. In most cases, the IHU does not need to be replaced -In many cases the Infotainment Head Unit (IHU) does not need to be replaced and can be retained by following the fault tracing in VIDA.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
