CBR: The Omnitracs ELD may have trouble linking up with the GPS signal. Replacing the Safety Direct Processor (SDP), (FLC), Omnitracs ELD unit, and overhead harness have had no positive affects. When both Bendix components mentioned are in the vehicle alongside the Omnitracs ELD, the GPS signal will not connect. However, if the SDP is disconnected, the GPS signal connects without issues.

Fault code C10019E - Electric Vehicle Air Compressor 1, Stuck On can become active on VNR electric vehicles and is incorrectly described. Guided Diagnostics (GD) is also incorrect for the fault and will lead a technician to replacement of the Air compressor Motor.

CBR: Volvo Chassis - BEV PC04 VNRe ESS (Traction Battery) Locations. This is to assist in locating batteries on Phase 1 and 2 VNRe units. Keep in mind that the low voltage connections must be confirrmed prior to replacement of the contactor box or Battery. The cable lengths will allow them to be switched between batteries.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
